HDPE Large Diameter Hollowness Wall Winding Pipe Production Line
The line for the production of spiral polyethylene pipes made of square profiles was developed by our company for the production of drainage pipes. This line uses two-stage forming technology—the first extruder produces a square pipe and feeds it spirally into the forming machine, the second extruder produces polyethylene tapes to cover the spiral pipe for final formation. By changing the structure of this line, it is possible to produce hollow polyethylene pipes reinforced with steel tapes.
Due to the unique I-beam structure, the hollow pipe will receive high annular stiffness and impact strength, low specific gravity, resistance to deformation and load, corrosion resistance, clean use, long service life and so on other advantages. This pipe is widely used in municipal drainage as a replacement for concrete, cast iron, ceramic and so on pipes due to the fact that it is characterized by easy installation, simplified connection.
Our company can design and manufacture equipment for the production of spiral pipes with annular stiffness from SN2 to SN16, and equipment for the production of spiral pipes with an additional inner layer.
