PERT-EVOH Pipe Extrusion Line

The PERT-EVOH-PERT three-layer composite pipe line was developed by our company based on the use of advanced foreign technology and many years of experience in mechanical engineering. The specially designed head has a spiral three-layer/five-layer structure, and each layer has a spiral distribution structure, this ensures uniform flow distribution, thereby ensuring a smooth pipe surface without a trace of flow distribution. The whole line is operated under the automatic control of the PLC system, this will give a simple easy operation and maintenance.

PERT-EVOH three-layer/five-layer pipes are ideal for underfloor heating systems, but can also be used in drinking water supply and heating systems. The EVOH layer can effectively protect the pipe from corrosion and oxidation, obviously prolong the service life of the heating pipe.
